Member all along the Pacific Northwest come together annually to share ideas, collaborate, and learn more about hands-on education through our waterways. This year will be held in beautiful Metchosin along Pedder Bay, creating access to experience Earth's treasures first hand. This 4 day conference will include many workshops, all focusing on the over-arching theme of "One World-United by Water". Find ways to work First Nation teachings into the classroom, learn about our watersheds and how they connect us, and experience first hand how a body of water can bring communities together. Three well-known community members will open each day with a keynote session, two of which will lead field trips during the conference. The last night will be a great time with music, dancing, and a particularly impressive auction - silent and live. Our community has really come together to create an event which is bound to be unforgettable.
